At Clicöt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
